Premium Acoustic Gold Plus Underlay 5mm Thick 24DB Sound Reduction

The 5mm thickness provides excellent acoustic performance, noise reduction and impact resistance (cushioning to the floor), whilst evening out any subfloor imperfections. It features a very low thermal resistance (TOG rating of under 0.90) so is ideal for use with Underfloor Heating systems, whilst having a double integrated DPM and double 200mm 'over-under' overlap. It has a Sound Reduction rating of 24dB and is also non-dusting, non-toxic and CFC/HCFC free.

This Acoustic Super Gold Underlay offers exceptional performance as an acoustic insulation under laminates, engineered and solid wood floors. Super Gold is a high performance product with an integral gold foil vapour barrier with a 200mm joint overlap. Super Gold is produced from closed cell Polyethylene Foam which is CFC and HCFC free and 100% recyclable. Due to the low thermal resistance of the products they are ideal for use with underfloor heating systems. By utilizing high density P.E. Foam the product may be used in solving conditions requiring damp resistance and floor leveling abilities.
